Patients are required to pay both the Office and State Fee in order to obtain a medical card in the State of Arizona.
Our office fee is paid in cash and the State Fee is paid with any major credit/debit card. Both must be paid in order to receive your MMJ Card.

We know the difficulties everyone is experiencing financially right now. We give our patients the option to see our Doctor, obtain your certification, pay only the Office Fee the day of your visit, and pick a better day to pay the additional State Fee.
(Remember, the sooner you pay your State Fee, the faster you receive your card.)
