Arizona Medical Marijuana Cards require both a certification fee and the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) state application fee.
Both must be paid in order to receive your 2-year MMJ Card.
Our certification fee includes processing and submitting your ADHS application--we handle the state application for you!

Don't Worry--We've Got Options!
We understand that finances can be challenging. If needed, you can receive your medical certification and pay only the office fee on the day of your appointment. You may then pay the Arizona State Fee at a later date to complete your ADHS application.
The sooner your Arizona State Fee is paid, the sooner ADHS can issue your medical marijuana card.
